On the other hand we held Orkney very comfortably; really not sure what to make of that, to be honest.

The Scottish results make zero sense. So far there have been significant swings in some seats but SNP hasn't lost any seats.

Lib Dems hold North East Fife with an 11.3% increase to their vote share. Mostly from conservative voters it seems who lost about 10% of their vote share.

There's reason to that one, it's the leader's seat and he's pretty popular.

The five seat conservatives won on the Sandwell council are the first ever elected according to the BBC. Labor still has a huge majority.

I must admit I was quite concerned because the SNP really went all-out with spamming leaflets and signage in NE Fife, and I was expecting a much closer result, didn't expect the SNP to lose votes.

Keir Starmer asked for concrete policy changes Labour will now make in response to these election results, tells the BBC that he will "change the things that need changing and that is the change that I will bring about."

The changes he will change are the changes that need change to be changed, changing the change to real change.

Change.
