An excellent idea; the socialists at the BBC have leeched off the British public for far too long.

It's also a bit hypocritical as well.

The more things change, the more they stay the same. Labour won't fix the issues of the working class, since they have abandoned said working class.

Embracing Blairite neoliberal centrism and taking Great Britain into the Iraq War. Rejecting Brexit. Tossing Corbyn overboard.

You'd have to ask them, but their support for it suggests to me that they know the issue better than either of us.

I trust them to know their own self-interest better than I do, but then I'm not British and am not directly affected by it. The Iraq War and failure to re-nationalize key industries that Thatcher privatized were telling. How did Blairite centrism help the working class, if you know it so well?

There are plenty of working class people opposed to Brexit, such as myself and most of the people where i live in West Belfast. Namely because its been a complete and utter shit show that threatened to destabilise our home and we knew this from day one of the referendum.

edit: For anyone curious West Belfast had the second highest proportion vote in support of staying in the EU in Northern Ireland at 74.1% behind Foyle which had 78.3%

Okay, politicians lie. It's part of the job description in most countries, if not all. But you haven't answered how Blairite centrist neoliberalism helped the British working class, especially when they not only kept most of Thatcherism intact, but also took the UK into a bloody and pointless war?

Putin isn't a Communist, though. Why would British Reds be sympathetic to a neo-Tsarist like Putin?

Always makes me laugh when i see some far leftwing types go on about American and British Imperialism then bend over backwards to suck putins dick and defend everything Russia does to its neighbours.

I'm fairly left-wing on economics, more moderate on cultural ones, but I don't see Putin as a god or as a devil. He's just an uncrowned Tsar.

Did we move from an all-volunteer army back to conscription while I wasn't looking? And why is it only Iraq that's harmful to the working classes? Why not Afghanistan? Or Kosovo?
