Channel 4 is to be privatised.

Because while having a public service broadcaster that pays for itself is nice, it's coming up short in the "making money for Boris Johnson's mates" department.

i fucking hate this country so much holy shit why the fuck did they do this. i thought that this generation of britannia unchained hyperthatcherite tory mps would be bad but jesus fucking christ this is without precedent. i can't get over it anymore fuck this so fucking much it's intolerable i hate this country and the government needs to dissolve AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I give you T. P. O'Connor, long-serving MP for the curiously named Merseyside seat of Liverpool Scotland from 1885-1929, and the only Irish Nationalist to ever represent a Westminster constituency in Great Britain.

Before taking up his Liverpool seat, he was the Parnellite Home Rule MP for Galway from 1880-1885.

Not at all. Someone who doesn't show up at all can't fuck things up though, and I'm not thinking my seat will go anywhere but tory again next time.
