I don't highly doubt that Israel would use white phosphorus, but it's too easy to grab a clip of some other white phosphorus attack, and attach any claim you want to it. That's why I'd like some 3rd party confirmation before accepting the veracity of that video.

My point is not that he was killed, my point is that it was done in contradiction to a ceasefire. Also, I specified that that I was referring to the shelling that occurred prior to Operation Cast Lead, which occurred in 2008.
