Granted the police really could've handled the situation better, but it's not like they're just cruising around harassing black people, the report said "a male at address X" and he was a male at address X.
And police couldnt talk to him and establish his identity before they arrested him?
Just arresting a man for being outside his own house is still bad form
And even worse when my first reaction on reading about Police and Black men in the USA is “at least he didnt get shot”
