The issue is that without strong regulation, you cannot establish that it is victimless, and since regulation to ensure it would result in economic expenses, it would then be more difficult to have amateur pornography as a model. Every other industry has to have regulations to ensure those who produce it have rights, and porn shouldn't be an exception.

See above. And I counter the commerce clause claim with the First Amendment's protection of freedom of expression.

Connotations matter a bit here. Most "anti-porn" activists aren't complaining about couples consensually swapping nude photos. They're complaining about a sex industry that is often underregulated, adjacent to the black market, superbly unethical, and perpetuating of racist and sexist stereotypes.

I'm not certain you can reliably use freedom of expression to defend what amounts to an economic activity that would be subject to the commerce clause.

I remember one time seeing this argument saying that people with racial preferences, or even white people in interracial relationships in general, are racist.

Basically, the idea is that interracial relationships aren't based on how well you work with someone, they're based on racial fetishization. Like how a white woman with a black man isn't into him, she's just fetishizing his [Word the mods have banned for some reason]. White men dating black women is racist because they're not actually into them, they're instead re-enacting the abuse black women experienced under white slave masters. And finally, the piece de resistance, the white man and Asian woman, which is seen as the ultimate form of fetishization, a white man colonizing and erasing centuries of cultural history for his own sick colonizer pleasure, putting down the Asian man and propping himself up top the hierarchy.

I don't think I need to explain the issues here, but fuck it, imma do it anyway. This logic only works if you apply it to a very, very specific subset of people. Those people being: White racist Americans in interracial relationships.

Let's see, not everywhere where black and white people live have histories of racial segregation or fetishization, a lot of black women don't tend to be big fans of how conservative African American culture can be (And it also ignores the fact that black women have their own agency), and White/Asian (Or interracial relationships in general) relationships aren't seen as a good thing amongst most Asian cultures (Lotta parents in China for example, really don't want their kids to have babies that are from 2 different Chinese ethnicities (Han/Zhuang or Machu for example), are barely accepting of grandchildren of mixed Asian descent (Chinese and Japanese or Vietnamese or etc...), and some would damn near resort to violence if their daughter ended up with a white or black guy).

As usual, they turn what could be an interesting topic on race and ethnicity into an Americentric battleground between black and white people.

What does...what do people mean when they say "whiteness?" Because I always interpret it as "the quality of being white."
As in
A person's "whiteness" is the fact that they're white.
