On a geographic basis, those people aren't the same. If they're not genetically similar in terms of origin, I have to consider it more likely that the two ethnic groups are more accurately places into different races. The US federal government considers Arabs/Middle Easterners to be White but I ardently would disagree. I'd consider Arabs/Middle East region to constitute their own racial category.

1. Are those effects even there? Are they even caused by them? Are they worth silencing them, if the previous two are true? Racism has been on decline for the past 100 years, yet you still think it's worth silencing them over some effect that doesn't seem to be in existence. It seems to me like most of these effects are caused by violent extremists, not someone who says "x group is inferior i hate them"

2. Their actions will not be extremely harmful - you severely overestimate the power an individual has. You're claiming that them saying "I hate x group, I wished they died" has an extremely harmful effect on society. Can you prove this?
