I don't feel like this is fair to put Biden as he's been president for a few months only. Moreover, he's currently the president, it's very hard to have a clear view on his policies and decisions (same for Trump, but at least he finished his term). And it would have made some room for Johnson.

I agree. The effects of a presidency can only truly be measured after time. Immediate effects can be felt during the presidency, sure, but the legacy and what they leave on a nation as a whole should only be assessed years down the road.
