That little faux pas has tainted your entire argument from then onwards, as it's clear what your agenda is now, there's no hiding it.
But what offence was I thinking of when I said throw the book at him? Did I mention which offence I was referring to at the time? No? Oh. Hm.

The issue is that you can be using a fake bill and not even be aware of it, because physical currency can change hands so frequently for small transactions.
The counterfeit bill perhaps wasn't the worst fake out there, because usually you can just tell by touch alone if a treasury note isn't of the right paper that is used for money and if anything looks too out of place, it'd more likely be set aside for further verification. Anti-counterfeit pens are said to sometimes give false positives on bills that're too old but are otherwise genuine but would get marked as fake because its not the same as current US currency.

I didn't actually specify what offence I was referring to when I said "throw the book at him", so you can't make an assumption.
I was referring to a charge such as assault/battery or whatever, and that was based off of me seeing about five seconds of a heavily edited and sensationally-captioned video on social media.

This is like, basic life knowledge. If the cops had "no reason to suspect" that kneeling on the thing that allows people to breathe would mean Floyd couldn't breathe, then they are so incredibly incompetent they should've never been allowed to join the police.
He was still talking, just as he was earlier. To them, it was like he was crying wolf.
They have no reason to happily believe some guy, who first tried to use a forged $20 bill, and then resisted arrest.

I'm not being called out on it. You're trying to call me out on it, but it doesn't work.
You and the rest of the hive mind saw an opportunity to discredit my opinions, so you took it and ran with it.

Hive mind? Really? Do you even pay attention to the amount of prison shanking that goes on between these forums?

Again, my opinion was based on having seen five seconds of a heavily edited, sensationally-captioned video on social media.
In any case, I'll still be made out to be satan, as I'm one of the only people posting here who doesn't get my opinions from the Snapchat story page, r/politics or twitter.
