Why would somebody in a warehouse get run over by a forklift? It's not in their interest to do so.

Things happen in manufacturing - any type - that shouldn't happen regardless of what safeguards are in place. Sometimes safeguards fail, sometimes the safeguards aren't enough or need to be updated or expanded. Sometimes accidents happen despite all the safeguards working as they should.

The FDA should evaluate things carefully and thoroughly to ensure the safety of people.

Idk man every local restaurant I like is still open and I still get food from them, we just do it in safe ways.
