Technically It wouldn't be against their will, much like schools who drug test kids before allowing to play sports. If the kid doesn't want to be tested they don't have to play. I think its shitty but it has been upheld.

Probably in the same situation where you are forced against your will to compete in school sports.

Keep in mind, I don't think this law is good in any way. School sports are very important in certain contexts.

However, "getting a job that pays well enough to support a family" is at least as important as "competing in school sports" in most contexts.

Its not no sports, its no sanctioned inter school competitive sports. Intra mural sports are not affected. So the kids can still play in gym class without anyone looking down their pants or up their skirt

This will be an interesting supreme court case (you bet that's where it's going), since there's multiple ways they can determine "sex" under the law (inspection, as has been extensively talked about, blood test (chromosonal or testosterone level), or private examination by the person's own doctor based on what of those methods).

I wonder how SCOTUS will look at it. They've repeatedly held that drug tests are allowable in a school sports context, even nonathletic ones, but I'm not sure off the top of my head if those were blood tests or urine tests.

You only get a gentital inspection if they can't verify what gender you are, so this doesn't affect like 95% of students and I'm a Florida student and I don't know why anyone would want to do school sports anyway. As long as they Florida gov doesn't make it harder to graduate or waste my time with another mental health course along with a inclusivity course I don't care what they do.

No they're doing it to make sure no transgender kids are in sports, and since anyone could potentially be trans, that means everyone is at risk.

My point stands. Ron DeSantis wants to have kids get fondled just to own the LGBT.
