That has nothing to do with gender identity. It barely has anything to do with biological sex, at least not in a moral sense. It's just "look what I made."

If that verse denounces being trans, you may as well argue that the Bible stating that God created animals denounces eating meat, or that God creating rain means it's morally wrong to use an umbrella.
