"The robber has a fully loaded Infinity Gauntlet" is a good reason not to try to stop him.

He's in a line of work where doing that will guarantee him a broken nose on a regular basis.

This isn't the WWF. It's an underground fight club/gambling ring. Everyone there is already breaking the law. And the kind of people who are down with "I'll give you $3000 if you beat the shit out that guy in an illegal cage match" tend not to be squeamish about beating the shit out of you when you don't come through with the $3000.

You're talking in circles. The person in question is in a job were if they believed that no one would rob, attack, or even kill him then he is a complete idiot. He interacts with very violent people on a regular basis in a grey market gambling scene. The only thing you've managed to accomplish is make me realise that this character would be wearing concert shoes at the bottom of the Hudson the way he interacts with others in the underworld.

Violence in game fights (in an organized, legal, regulated environment) is different from assault and robbery etc

A spider can lift 170 times its body weight, while a typical human can lift maybe 2 times their own weight. So picking up an adult human and throwing him across the room would be very easy when you have spider strength. The manager probably just watched you do that exact thing in the ring. So why the hell would he even try to stiff you?

He runs a gambling establishment where his source of income would be individuals willing to fight to make money. He has to be a complete moron to think that he wouldn't get beaten up if he tries to cheat them.
He believes that there is a powerful invisible wall between you and him created by the law. He literally believes you can’t hit him because it would be against the law.
This is why when he gets robbed, he’s so shocked.

The match itself is legal. I mean, otherwise how could they put an ad for it in the papers?

This is transparently Peter Parker/Spider-Man's origin story, so you have Spider-Man's powers, which include superhuman speed and agility, super-strength in the "throw cars" range, wall-crawling, a "Spider Sense" that functions by unclear mechanisms, but which has the effect of giving you advance warning of threats, which lets you dodge attacks that even your amazing speed shouldn't really allow you to dodge, and - because the details make this specifically the Toby McGuire movie Spider-Man - the ability to shoot web from your wrists, though you don't have the experience to do much of anything useful with it at this point.
So, basically, you move and react many times faster than the robber, know when he's going to pull the trigger before he does, and are strong enough to effortlessly break him in half. Plus you can run on the ceiling and shoot sticky white stuff on him.
