This is subjective but objectively speaking, China has thrived and become the 2nd global power under the tutelage of the CCP - in large part because the CCP has pretty much abandoned every one of its founding principles.

So, more right than wrong.

There's a negative historical connotation with dismissing genocide allegations as "propaganda."

While the Chinese Communist Part does some good things, as anything so large is bound to do at least sometimes, they do many things with methods more immoral than average. Genocide is the most obvious issue to me, followed by authoritarianism/militarism and low transparency. Compared to these issues, most of the others are rather unimportant. Their economy is quite large, but it is what one accomplishes with it and how it was achieved that is important, not the economy itself. They have many scientific advancements, and these advancements are good, but how some of them may be used and how a select portion of them were likely achieved worry me.
