In what sense? Saudi Arabia is a very wealthy and technologically modern nation and as far as I'm aware, the standard of living is alright in terms of running water, shelter and electricity, but socially speaking Saudi Arabia is a dystopian hellhole stuck in the year 800 where people get put to death for all kinds of shit everyday.

Tbh I wouldn't wanna live in either Saudi Arabia or Japan. Both are cesspools of conformity where you're never allowed to truly be free and you're always under someone's boot (although you're often under someone's boot in America, at least we're a little more open to doing anything you wanna do).

Correction

Japan has a declining population because of its declining birthrates. It has little to do with the education system they have in place. That said it is part of their culture to a degree to dedicate your life to work. Most Japanese actually are just too busy working to think of procreating and the pandemic only ensures that this continues

but to offer my opinion on the matter it just makes me glad i dont live in a country that believes that it should be governed by the laws of their religion. Theocracy is a backwards form of governance
