Just throwing the idea out there... but if he, a male, groped you, a male... he might not have been straight. Not 100% anyway.
I always assumed he did it because he bore a deep-seated hatred towards himself for not being 100% straight, even though what he did was in a very hateful and harmful manner. It's why I pity him for doing it, because if he simply accepted himself he wouldn't need to harm others in such a way.

Jesus Christ, well...I was being satirical. I mean, the story of getting belittled over my coffee is true, but I actually thought it was rather funny, not traumatic obviously. He was right too, who the fuck orders a black coffee from Starbucks? This bland guy apparently.
I was actually hoping to emphasise what you said with my experience, because when some people say "traumatic experiences with LGBTQ'ers" they literally mean stuff like you say xD
