Um...I'm pretty sure that's a method of bathing the dog, it isn't a dust cover. Part number 21 is where the water hose attaches.

It's not completely stupid, but it would want to be cheap. Due to the high likelihood the dog wouldn't like it at all.

That was a good invention. It was basically just like parachuting a tank but the crew members could be stuck inside and be up and ready the moment they landed at LZ. With parachuting like the Americans did they had to jump afterwards and the tank is not operational until they hab gotten it deployed which is after at least ten minutes. Problem with the design was the low carrying capacity so you could only get tankettes to fly. Alot more better then having to drop it from the sky at 18 feet.
