Oh yes the virtue signaling upper middle class white woman. The kind of person to say to me they're sorry for the Mexican American war, then when I say "so can I get my hazard pay?" They go into detail about how allegedly my business is $2 away from being decimated.

But, yes, Texas's ineptitude in power grids caused the crisis in the first place.

A fierce winter storm has closed computer-chip facilities in Texas, amid a global chip crisis.

Samsung and NXP are among the companies to have halted production at their Texas facilities.

Car and electronics-makers had already been facing chip shortages caused in part by the coronavirus pandemic.

Texas is the centre of semiconductor manufacturing in the US, with more facilities than any other state.

Space is probably the one thing we're not lacking on.

There's also a lot of problem with urban living. Iirc urban dwellers are more likely to suffere mental illnesses and have higher stress levels and such things.

I hope he loses his emergency power, resigns or is impeached. Everyone I know hates him now and there is a real possibility he could lose a primary challenge. His replacement if was too resign or be removed would be far more tolerable and has far less of an ego.
