There's this walking stereotype girl in my class that was hyped about being on a zoom call with Cuomo in it, and said of the nursing home thing that "everyone takes it out of context." She also carries a "future is female" bag.

12 million Texans are having some sort of issue with getting water and 3 million still have no power and there's still seemingly no real help on the way. You do know we can house homeless people in regular towns, right? Further, a number of industries are always going to be more rural based. Mining, forestry, energy production, agriculture. We kind of need these things.
