You did not read my posts correctly based on contexts of my posts, I know my English not very good lol.

I stated on my post above, there are free, lower and reduced bus passes, Black African American churches, other churches and non profit organizations providing all the services needed, on my posts above, even, medical services.

I stated, there are lower income, poor people, including Black, African American Citizens, who can do and are doing all of the things stated on my post above, to what ever extend they do them, and they do them, They can make room for anything they want, and they do make rooms for anything they want, stated on my posts above, so they can make room to buy a bus pass to vote if they wish too, they can afford to do all the things stated, on my posts above, as they are currently doing, if they wish, too, they can make rooms for anything they want. Have you never heard of lower income persons having a beer or a soda if they wish? Have you never heard of lower income persons using illegal drugs of any kinds, all kinds of persons make rooms for a beer, or illegal drugs, if they wish, too, and they do make these rooms when they wish too, so they can make rooms to buy a bus a pass on a yearly basis, to buy a voter id, if they wish to do so?

But the main point is poor lower income persons, including Black African American Citizens, can afford to buy a bus pass to buy a voter ID if they want too on a yearly basis, as they make rooms and do make rooms for anything they want too.
