I will post to you a detailed post of 34 of my views I posted to a certain person when I have time, the thread is locked so I cant edit it anyways, but I have the right to repost it to any persons directly. I want to edit one of my points.

I see nothing wrong with it. I don't think like President Trump, I think like most Republicans. There can be Republicans who strongly disagree with me on these points, I think it is great they can send emails, and photos, and acquire books or music or games. I give you all these points why I strongly disagree with you and persons who strongly agree with you:

Smart Communications, which did not respond to a request for comment, stresses that MailGuard is a “free service,” and the Bureau of Prisons told the Prospect that there is “no cost to the inmate population.” But this undersells the benefit for the company. Corrections facilities receive MailGuard as an add-on to the entire Smart Communications platform, including the tablets and kiosks that are one way to view physical mail scanned through the system. The tablets are often free, but incarcerated people can also use them to send emails and photos, and acquire books or music or games. Emails and photos sent through the system often require a “stamp,” making prisons the only places on Earth with stamps for electronic mail. And potential delays in processing scanned physical mail can lead to an overreliance on email.

You "agree" with it because you have no idea whatsoever what Judge Howell's protestations are about and are filling in the gaps with your hyperbiased imagination.

Hmm, I forgot about the existence of HR1, or formally known as For the People Act. It had stalled when Republicans blocked it in the Senate (they called it a power grab that undermined election integrity) but now Democrats do have a chance to pass it. So, what's in the bill? Here's some of the bills ideas:

1. Requires States to offer same-day registration for Federal Elections.

2. Establishes a verified paper trail.

3. Requires the President/Vice President and Presidential candidates to disclose 10 years of tax returns.

4. Makes Gerrymandering harder by forcing States to use independent commissions to draw congressional district lines.

5. If a state has a requirement for an individual to present an ID to cast a ballot, the state shall permit the individual to present to election officials a sworn written statement under penalty of perjury attesting to the individual’s identity and that they are eligible to vote.

6. Authorizes 16- and 17-year-olds to pre-register to vote in advance of them becoming 18.

7. Admits Washington DC as the 51st State in the Union.

The bill isn't perfect, of course, but you can see why Republicans oppose it: they view it as an attempt to undermine their power, especially in key States, where they have gerrymandered States like Texas to the point where Democrats can't win. The bill will probably not pass given the slim majority for Senate Democrats but this is their best chance at the moment. As you can imagine, misinformation had been spread about the bill. I'd love for it to pass, but they also need to do something about copyright and filibustering.

I think it's fairly common that defenses trying to shift the blame entirely to some other party, are dismissed by a judge. If that was allowed, a team of eight bank robbers would all choose one scapegoat among them to do Life, while the other 7 would all walk free.

That prosecutors sometimes arrange exactly that (immunity in exchange for evidence) is a whole different injustice. Anyway.

No amount of rulings that individuals cannot shift their own blame to Trump, will lessen any guilt Trump may have. There is nothing unusual in law, about more than one individual having responsibility for the same crime.

Except if you read the article, that is not what the judge is saying.

The proud Boy guy is claiming that he should be immune to prosecution because he was following Trump’s orders. The judge said that following such orders is not a defense against prosecution.

You seem to imply that the article claims that the judge was dismissing the claim that Trump was behind it. You appear to be missing the crux of the legal arguments here.

Not allowing prisoners paper copy of their mail would be unnecessarily cruel. However, given the thousands of different drugs that could be smuggled into prison, impregnated into paper, I think copies on prison paper instead of the originals, does make sense.

Actually the 90's had no major wars (besides former Yugoslavia, which the US was very slow to enter), and ended with the first US budget surplus in decades.
