He truly is one of the worst people in Washington. even most of his follow senators hate him, Graham said "You could shoot him on the senate floor and if you held the trial in the Senate not one person would vote to convict you."

Starting in April, Michigan's expungement rules will be generously expanded, meaning a lot more people with criminal records will qualify.
People will be able to expunge "up to three felonies and an unlimited number of misdemeanors" from their records.”
Two "assaultive" crimes will be allowed, as well as a wide number of traffic and marijuana-related offenses.
Under a "one bad night" rule, multiple felonies or misdemeanors stemming from the same 24 hours can count as a single conviction.
By 2023, Michigan's expungement system will be automated, with misdemeanors automatically cleared seven years after sentencing and felonies after 10 years.
Crimes that can't be expunged include murder, carjacking, kidnapping, and criminal sexual assault.

Why is criminal regular assault not included in cases that cannot be expunged?

As I am not a member of the Michigan state senate, nor a mind-reader, I don’t know.
There are, however, certain limitations-you can only expunge 2 cases of assault, and none of them that happened under the “One Bad Day” rule

WASHINGTON, DC -- The Biden administration has authorized the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide generators and supplies to Texas and other states amid severe winter weather.
"I've declared states of emergency, authorized FEMA to provide generators and supplies, and am ready to fulfill additional requests," President Biden wrote on Twitter Thursday.
Homeland Security advisor Liz Sherwood-Randall said a short time later that FEMA was deploying the supplies “as we speak.”
Just under a half-million Texas homes and businesses remained without electricity on Thursday, while millions still were without safe drinking water after winter storms wreaked havoc on the state's power grid and utilities this week.

apparently some people did check to see whether or not this flight to cancun with family was routine for him -- and apparently it's an annual routine
now i'm conflicted
“With school canceled for the week, our girls asked to take a trip with friends," he added. "Wanting to be a good dad, I flew down with them last night and am flying back this afternoon."
