People aren’t confused by 24013 240th Av NW, so why not rename other things to numbers or letters? We want to make sure that if we do perform renaming we will finish it and it will never be renamed again.

If there is universal mass-renaming in records then it doesn’t matter. Otherwise it does. Given government inefficiency optimally we should just not rename anything. If that’s not feasible we should rename everything in the manner I suggested to avoid re-renaming.
