I’m not particularly leftist, but I do wonder if Marx was right about class consciousness. Things seem to be changing (if slowly), and it’s not just this little stock pushback.
It's real and it's starting to happen, sure the culture war and the left and right piss fights in the media distract people but if you look at this you realize a lot more people are coming together than they used too.

Depends on who "they" are. You'll notice the loudest voices for a shitcoin are the quietest when a pump ends: they've already cashed out.

Society needs to rediscover the meaning of the phrase, let the heaviest burdens fall on the broadest shoulders.
Because it seems that every time we have a crisis, we do the exact opposite. How much you want to bet that this story ends by regulation that stops small investors from profiteering like this that won’t do a thing to restrict the usual practices of larger investors?

That's likely the plan however the interesting point is that at this point a lot of the big money people are jumping in on the same side as the little guy and I have a feeling that's going to cause a problem when they try to come down on it, a lot of the smart Investors are going to want stuff like this to happen from now on, sure it's out and out Stock Market Casino antics but some rich people are going to win big from this too.
At this point the question is if this spreads to the market at large, I could see a problem there, be very ironic if the government has to bail out a bunch of Hedge funds because they lost to the Average American Taxpayer.
I also see how they plan to control the retail investors, they simply shut down the apps and systems they use when they do stuff Wall Street doesn't like.

It is so great to be able to just crush Wall Street at their own games.
