And the main reason they took the House is because they tricked the Democrats into pushing an extremely unpopular right-wing idea, the individual insurance mandate, into the health care bill, and then all unanimously opposed it. That was actually quite a brilliant strategy.

And because the clinical definition of a pandemic is a disease that has spread to multiple continents, the word "global" is implied bu default.
