Zoning rules need to be changed to allow more smaller homes, boarding houses, and dormitory housing to ensure people have more choices for low-rent housing.

No minimum wage leads to large business underpaying workers. The federal minimum wage is basically at the poverty line and you want business to be able to pay people less.
