POTUS can declassify anything at any time for whatever reason afaik. It's one of the powers of the office.

I’m almost certain The president can declassify anything they want with zero consequences.

The President has broad powers to declassified things so he wouldn't get in trouble. However, he does this after his tenure ends, then he would be in trouble I believe. But as President, he can declassified anything he wants if I'm not mistaken.

Not while he’s president.

Legally the president can declassify anything they want

Not a Trump supporter over here, but overt censorship who voted against impeachment is NOT something companies should have the power to do.

In what way are companies obligated to make political donations? Surely if companies having power is bad, then not obligating them to provide political donations would be good, yes?

Also, donations are being withdrawn from those who opposed certifying the election.

They were making donations? Uuuuuugh, that shouldn't have been a thing in the first place.

And now I'm probably an idiot.

Well they are conformists at heart, always opposed to legislation until it actually passes for instance. They're probably just taking a tip from the Master of the Deal: a bankruptcy or two is an essential part of becoming rich and successful. It helps so much with the tax you see.

I would say it's more of US politics being good at illusions and less of you being an idiot. You're right that no corporation (or group of corporations) should wield that much political power.

I hope they're pulling a prank on him, and the account in his name is actually being operated by Alec Baldwin.

When Giuliani sends in a Cease and Desist letter, reply with "which Donald Trump is this demand made to?"

Manhattan DA expands criminal investigation into Trump Organization finances to include family compound in Westchester County. That place is a 212-acre property called Seven Springs.

The Trump Organization decided to donate a conservation easement to a land trust back in 2015, which for this particular case, was 158 acres of the property. It had a #21.1 million valuation at the time, which Trump could take as a tax deduction based on the appraised value of the property. Of course, a higher valuation means a bigger deduction. In this case, the valuation is being scrutinized as there are suspicions that it was inflated; inflating/deflating your assets to seek favorable tax treatment is illegal. This would draw in Eric Trump more as he was directly involved with discussions on the property.

If any crimes do stick to Trump and his family, it would likely be these financial/fraud types. And I think that's got them greatly worried.

While it's up he may not be able to post, it may just be so that last message is there to remind his supporters not to try and overthrow the government.
