No, I can't verify it. But as a rule, I totally believe right-wing terrorists will snitch on their friends after 30 seconds in the interrogation room because they have no sense of solidarity.

If you just want to validate your preconceived ideas of your enemies' inferior moral fiber by looking at unverifiable blank text memes with cry-laugh emojis above terrible-quality images, Facebook and all of our Boomer relatives are just a click away

Silvedania, the majestic nation.
NS Stats are mostly accurate except for a few things, like this nation is capitalist and the death penalty isn't in effect

News:All trade with Crabaiaia and Pikala has stopped as diplomats meet in Trenaka. Silvedanians are confused by Quentin Tarantulatino's new film, Seasonal Snackbox(This is a Bojack Horseman reference.) Weird song goes viral for making no sense.

The cool thing is, this is actually the fiscally conservative approach, according to a study by the University of California at Irvine and the United Way of Orange County (California).

Page 8 of the executive summary. The gist is that just straight up housing people means less law enforcement and emergency medical services used, means big savings.

The fact that this has bore out and remains resisted by so-called fiscal conservatives proves it's not about fiscal responsibility and more about fuck the poors.

I think the fundamental problem we are seeing, both here on NSG and on the streets of real politics, is the inability of the populace to agree on what counts as a legitimate means of determining truth.

That, more than any fundamental difference in ideals, is what lead to the absurdity that is the Trump movement.

I know the bit about his mom is true at least, I saw some news sites mentioning it when he was first ID'd.

If I'm reading this right:

https://www.tennessean.com/story/news/l ... 625546002/

Munchel's mother was ID'd via photographs at the capitol, and then Munchel was linked to her via a plane ticket she booked for him back in March. Presumably, the FBI is looking for every possible instance of where these two paths cross in order to further the case that the masked guy standing next to her in the Capitol photos is in fact him. The relevance of the March flight is that it was from Nashville (where the photo being used to ID Munchel was taken) to Fort Meyers (where his mom lives).

Got about half-way though an article on Medium the other day, explaining how the whole QAnon thing incorporates mechanisms of alternate reality games, and similar game design. Got as far as the discussion about how games of this sort try to exploit the human brain's insistence on finding patterns in what is actually random noise.

I think the main takeaway is that we all live in an episode of Black Mirror.

Well it’s some fiscal conservatives, and the reasons are certainly not just hating the poor, that’s a bit of a strawman

I have a fantasy, and I know it won't happen, but it's a pleasant little dream that corporate America finds political donations too problematic and they all pull out, starving political campaigns and driving them towards campaign finance reforms that takes money out of elections.

There's no world where we get there from here, but you know...sometimes it's nice to dream.

Like I agree that lobbying is A Big Deal and whatever, but is "even people on the right want to destroy this thing" really indicative of anything right now? It seems like that's just sort of the default whenever anything gets brought up around them right now
