I think there are certain common sense moral beliefs that make good laws, like for example laws against murder.

Victimless crimes are bullshit though, and serve no good purpose. I believe in laws that protect peoples lives and safety, and that's it.

In some ways, I agree. Civil disobedience is a powerful tool and a strong form of direct action. In more extreme/egregious cases, stronger action is justified. I have nothing but respect for John Brown.
