Sure. But that’s the essence of abolishing China: its replacement by a modern liberal democratic form of governance and permanent removal of the 2,200-year-old statist tradition that treats people like shit. If an entity is still called “China” but in fact behaves like Israel or the United States then is it really still China? Sinostatists of either communist, Confucian or legalist tradition is not going to consider it China. Maybe it needs a new name such as Federal Republic of Cathay or Federal Republic of Kitai.
Yes, just a different form.
Germany isn’t Nazi or Monarchist anymore but its still Germany

What Neko means with abolishing China is "China" as defined by the Emperor Qin of whomst the name China has been derivated from.
That is breaking the cycle of sucessive super-centralized totaltitarian chinese dynasties/states which are essentially based upon the philosophies of confucianism and legalism.
If you ask me, I wouldn call it "abolish China" but I do understand the concept behind the intended abolishment of the legalist tradition laid down by the Qin.
That is my understanding of the matter.

If China becomes a variant of Israel that cares more about the commercial diaspora in Southeast Asia than keeping non-Chinese provinces, authoritarianism, Confucianism etc then it will no longer be China according to almost all Sinostatists. When that happens the abolition is complete. The name change analogous to Persia -> Iran does need to happen anyway. The Confucian-legalist traditions centered in central plains need to die and get replaced by a commercial tradition centered in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore that has always existed but has been delegitimized by Sinostatists.

Why does a name change need to happen? Unless a country has split up (more like a Czechoslovak situation) then I don’t see why it needs to happen.

Because certain names represent really awful traditions. For example we do not name West Germany “West Naziland”, do we? Similarly no post-Soviet state is named “Republic of Sovietia”.

The names of the new countries as well as the history textbooks will have to be rewritten. Stuff such as famous Sangleyian merchants in the Philippines and Kongsi republics need to be included and praised while Sinic empires need to be criticized. Kids need to know how deadly each Sinic dynasty was using its own census info and taught never again shall China be established.

Germany during Hitler was never called “Nazi” officially, and the Soviet republics had names (Belarus, Kazakhstan, etc.) Just like if the US broke up there would be no former state called “America”, it would be something different (Washington, Michigan, etc.)

Maybe to express the change we should call the new civilization Sangleyian as opposed to “Chinese” (since the word is of Sinostatist origins).

It is still derived from the deadly Qin dynasty and hence is as legitimate as referring to Germany as “Federal Republic of Naziland”. I do think the word “China” is pretty descriptive when applied to the current regime though.

I support the rise of China in the US dominated world.

It is an authoritarian genocidal policy state that is trying to take over other countries territory. I don't care if they give money to developing nations for free, that doesn't negate everything else they've done.

That would be America, not China. China hasn’t taken over and country. The United States actively does and has in bloody coups throughout the decades. The United States supports the genocidal state of Israel. America actively kills more people overseas in more countries than any country on earth.
