We have firearms (which are basically Zeus thunderbolt launchers) and much more. Tigers, lions, bears etc would be rendered irrelevant once we group up.

Look up the Emu War some time. Spoiler: The emu won.
The insects could cause a bit of trouble but not once we resort to chemical warfare. The biggest weapon of all is the human intellect and mind. I believe humanity would prevail.

Chemical weapons, famously not harmful to humans.

Actually, the emus lost, big time.

No winners, animals kill 99% of humans, the humans that are left nuke the world so the animals can't inherit it.

I mean cockroaches, ants, scorpions, worms, some species of wasps and fruit flies can survive a nuke, that plan would most likely be in vain if humans wanted to completely eradicate the animals. If you mean destroy the entire earth then maybe, but do we even have the technology to destroy a planet?

Where was your star?
Was it far, was it far?
When did we leave?
We believed, we believed, we believed

In the heat and the rain
With whips and chains
Just to see him fly
Too many died
We build a tower of stone
With our flesh and bone
To see him fly
But we don't know why
Ooh, now where do we go

If you mean breaking into pieces, like one sees the deathstar do in starwars, no. We do not. It requires several orders of magnitude more energy than we can produce; even if we devote everything we have to it.
Making the planet uninhabitable for humans - now that we *can* do. If we want.

Honestly the fact that we have the ability to make the entire planet uninhabitable is equally as terrifying to me as completely destroying it.
