This is the only way to prepare cereal, and the only allowable cereals are raisin bran, corn flakes (not Frosted Flakes), original Special K, shredded wheat, Chex and Cap'n Crunch (for which it is allowed, but not required, to omit step 3). Cereal must be eaten with toast with butter and, optionally, jam, jelly or marmalade.

I use the spoon to crush the cereal into a powder, line it up nice and neat with the cardboard flap from the box, and then snort it through a straw. Sometimes I drink the milk afterward.
