No one is dismissing them out of hand. Learn to understand scale, it’s not an off an on switch. It’s not “Holy shit civil war we’re all gonna die” or “Peace love and pancakes.”

Right wing extremism and domestic terrorism is a thing and has been for a while, and occasionally they manage to actually do some harm before their useless little bullshit comes to an end, but you know...we have a way to deal with all of that that’s been more or less handling it and they’re aware.

What the fuck is it you guys think is going to happen? In a war you have to capture and hold territory. Where do you think that’s going to happen?
