We didn't think he could ever be elected in 2016. There will always be "crypto-fascists" hanging around, just as there are extremists on the left. A lot of the Republicans outed themselves yesterday by continuing the lies that the election was stolen. I just think we need to make sure Trump isn't able to foul the swimming pool again.

Given the economic and social trajectory many countries are heading on, I'm surprised there haven't been more far-right populists taking power across the West.
