Yes, falsely. Trump was claiming even before any vote was cast that the election was going to be rigged with no evidence for it. Trump's own people have called this election safe, and I see no reason why they would go against Trump other than because Trump's lies are so blatant not even they could go along with it.

Trump's entire claims and basis for it are false. He was not cheated out of victory by fraud, he lost, plain and simple.

Now, maybe, maybe you can dig around and find a few instances of a few fraudulent votes. Maybe. I haven't seen any. But I am confident in stating that absolutely no fraud on the scale Trump claims (or needs it to be for his claims to have a basis) occurred.
