Just found a community from my childhood and adolescence I thought died out two years ago.

Fuck, that made me start crying. Does anyone here remember the Pokémon Showdown Roleplay room that got shut down in late 2018?

No, because I joined this year, what was it?

Eh. It wasn't anything special. It was a nice community on Pokémon Showdown that cycled between different Roleplays every... hour and a half, I think? I remember the main ones being Freeroam (what you think), Conquest (1v1v1v1vetc. with all 16 types), Murder Mystery (two players are given the role of murderer, the rest are civilians; the people have to find and vote out who the murderer is. Basically text-based Among Us 4 years before Among Us came out), High School (what you think), and Trainer (a Pokémon game, but in text).

I had a pretty good relationship with most people in the community before I left. I found it tonight and most of the old community is gone, but there are still a few that remember me, including my first real online friend who I'm hoping to get back in contact with. I haven't spoken to her in a good 3 or 4 years, so I'm hoping she remembers me.

Edit: Oh, and there was also a DND type thing! I can't remember what it was called, but it was pseudo-interesting.

I even hosted a few RP's myself back in the day. I had a format for MM around Town of Salem that actually got relatively popular. People liked it.
