Kinda gamey, but not overpoweringly so. Had a real mild taste. But they were deep fried, so that helped.

Depends on how it's cooked.

Bacon is usually crunchy, but the best kind is chewy, salty, and savory but at the same time greasy.

Non-deli ham is faintly sweet and kind of gamey. Deli ham is deli turkey but worse and sweeter.

Porkchops are a bit lighter and savory than beef. They're less tough than steak but more tough than chicken.
