Drinking sangria tonight. Actual sangria, blended by my older cousin. I know, it's the night of the 19th for me, but still; I need a drink anyway because this will be the first time I'm not with Junior for his birthday. He turns 5 tomorrow.

Just made the easiest breakfast quiche recipe I’ve ever seen. Four eggs, bacon, onions, cheese and pancake batter. Baked it for 30 minutes at 400 degrees and it was done. Delicious too.
