One of my aunts recently got hooked on one of those true crime shows (Forensic Files I think) and now she thinks she's an expert in forensics :roll:

Guess it's better than dealing with the people who watch one episode of CSI and think they're forensic experts because at least this is true crime but it's still annoying because she has no idea what she's talking about

That reminds me of the Forensic Detectives documentary series, which I used to watch on Discovery Channel years ago.

Welp... my interview was... non-existent. Technical issues from both sides, let's just put it that way. I really hope this doesn't botch up my chances, having to delay it for sometime in the future.

I shouldn't have told them MS Teams wasn't working. I mean... yes, it actually wasn't, because apparently the school account being alumni botched it up, AND Teams doesn't want to play ball with my personal Hotmail. This wasn't a last minute thing, I was testing it out a day or two before. So we tried another platform - I could and actually did connected 15-20 mins before the meeting starts - "Please wait for the host to start". Then when it DID start, it just refused to connect.

Ohh man, Murphy's Law, why are you so cruel to me.

On the upside, the interview is rescheduled for Monday! So, I have more time to prepare myself, because goodness knows I am a nervous wreck sometimes.

I LOVE Forensic Files so much. It's an awesome series. It's so cool how they literally can catch killers with fragments of evidence that links them to the crime.

Yikes sorry that you have to go through that mess. For me personally I never did see the appeal of buying IPhones, I mostly brought Samsung phones.

Yikes sorry that you have to go through that mess. For me personally I never did see the appeal of buying IPhones, I mostly brought Samsung phones.

I used Android for a long time but transitioned to iPhone three years ago. It facilitases my job, plus keeps me connected to my mother through FaceTime.

But fuck their ass terms of service. *sigh* I’ll live. Just need my purring cat.
