Yeah, we should go and visit one day again. Like, it does not have to be a family picnic with all the stuff and equipment to fret and worry about. Even a short walk along the beach is therapeutic. Though, Singapore beaches are a little short on distance, it still packs quite a lot of stuff in a small beach.

Sentosa Beach - fun-size.

My bad, senility is a thing

Salt Air is good for your sinuses. The beach simply soothes my soul.

Ah, it's cool. No worries! ^^ Yeah, I don't mind the beaches. Heck, I even went to like an actually big one before back in 2014. I got a picture of myself jumping against the sunset sky.

I last went to the beach two months ago for Thanksgiving with my friend. I hate the sand, the heat, and especially saltwater. I'd take a pool over the beach any day.

Or a Jacuzzi, aww yeah. I went to the big boat / Marina Bay Sands Hotel once and ohh MAN, the weather wasn't kind to us that day. Cool and windy. It was the wind that did me in and made me shivering. Jacuzzi was awesome.

Oh, God, I can nearly feel it. Jets do wonders for sore joints, too.

I've retreated back into making music in Audacity and I genuinely forgot how much I enjoy doing this. It takes a good bit of dedication which makes a lot of my projects half-finished but it still feels good to listen to your own creations.

I did "a bit" of it. Audacity is my go-to music player on my computer because one thing I love doing, is to listen to songs as I alter their pitch, tempo, and stuff like that. I like fiddling around with stuff like that, though yeah, that's not really making music; more of tinkering. :P

I also have a music player that I paid for on Android that does the whole shebang of stuff that Audacity does, and in real time. I like the Compressor and Limiters - one to make it loud and consistent, another to, well, limit because sometimes a song can blast out.

I like making slowed down vaporwave-esque remixes. I've made two original songs, one I'm pretty proud of made with Muzak and stock sound effects and one that I'm not so proud of but nostalgic of.

Ahh, nice! I am a bit of a fan for Eurobeat and... actually, I have like a large variety of genre of songs in my library. They basically covered almost every single genre.

For me, I think the nostalgia just comes when you finally hear back that song that you last heard nearly a decade ago. Yeah, like no kidding - I am a bit of a fan for Indian music, and I heard one from a radio station wayyyyy back in 2008. I only heard it back in 2018 after a very, very long search and wow, does that really bring a lot back.

I was listening to that song while walking around a garden. :D

EDIT: Thanks, Ethel! :3

Oh, cool. Alright, let me see if I can find it.

Edit: Found it! It says 3 days ago, but I think it was nearly a year. I'm honestly still really proud of how I incorporated the paulstretch near the end, although I really should've turned down the rewind sound effect. Scared me.
