Your least favourite class?

Everyone has their favourite class, but of course we all have our least favourite class. Sometimes we fell asleep in that class without even knowing it. Sometimes the teacher's voice was enough to make us wish we hadn't woken up that morning. Sometimes no matter how hard you try to review your notes and study for exams you still manage to fail, and you look at yourself in the mirror and sigh wondering where everything went wrong for you. For me, I hated chemistry and everything about that class.

So, as title says, what's your least favourite class? I'm interested in NSG's responses.

Edit: Poll added by recommendation of Valentine Z.

Math. Always math. And no, the irony of hating math as a programmer is not lost on me.

Never liked healer classes. Too stressful to manage the health of the squishy mage and the dumb paladin as they went off and charged into nests of kobolds.

I enjoy math, but sometimes I don't have enough creativity for it. So I suppose that would be my least favorite, but I still like it.

If you guesed "the proletariat", you'd be right!

In all seriousness I hate algebra classes. I'm not bad at it, it's just so tedious.

My bad, used one with a slightly different process.

I have multiple calculators and it's hard to keep track of them sometimes.

social studies/history classes are generally boring but fairly easy, while math literally stands for mental abuse towards humans.

As a support main, I feel you >_<
DPS decides to 1v5? For some reason, I'm to blame when they die. Tank decides to pull out too late? My fault. Someone tries to engage and I barely manage to keep them alive? I still get flamed.

Hmm, honestly English. I hate analyzing texts since more often then not I feel it is pointless to read them that way.

see now, this is what happens in every math class. assuming you even finish the problem, people always get answers that are in the same ballpark, but different, so you have to either do it all over again or just submit to your weak will and keep your first answer.

As someone who has long, long since stopped having to take a class I didn’t feel like taking I actually regret having a ‘least favorite’ class and find myself questioning my kneejerk hatred for math.

When trying to retroactively justify my dislike for the class i realize I was just buying into the zeitgeist. Every class was a chance to learn something, but math especially and directly was the one class were I learned to do something. To solve a problem literally on my own which was the point of the class in the first place.

Granted that’s the ultimate goal of any class, even history classes are just a way to learn how to evaluate historical information and put it in context so that you’re not just spooning someone else’s take, but that’s an abstract that takes a while to get there. But math was teaching me how to do a thing right out of the box and I was sitting there like a little shithead going “Fuckers. Try and give me autonomy by building my skill sets. I hate them so much...”

Which is to say, I wasted time hating classes. Even stupid PE which I will still hate to this day in my pasty out of shape self even though it sought to prevent that but only because it was always geared to basically the worst of the sporting types, like one hour of sanctioned bullying every day.

true. it's nice to read a book, but it's a pain in the ass to read and take notes and write an essay on a theme that you might not even agree with.
