Ok, I'm gonna stop your tirade right there. She is a Justice, not a congresswoman. All she can do is rule on legislation proposed by Congress. She can't strike down pro-gay laws on her own, nor can anyone in the Supreme Court create pro-gay laws on their own. She can only act on gay issues if someone else wants to pass legislation on gay issues.

I do think authoritarians who want to shove their morals others disagree with on the rest of the society on any side needs to be separated into their own (Belgian) pillars / (Ottoman) millets. I think you need your own Haredi Jews-like or Amish-like community. We can have several autonomous regions for different Christian denominations, Jewish sects, Muslim groups, hardcore ethnonationalists of whatever race, fascists, communists, SJWs etc. Then we can have a socially more permissive “general society” where there are no harsh moralistic laws where free speech is permitted and coercive behavior as a response to free speech banned.
