I could say "leftists" but then that risks painting the entire left-wing with a single brush. Do you have a better suggestion?
Unless the book is a modern day Mein Kampf it should be published like anything else.
I mean, sure... if he finds a publisher or platform for it. He's not entitled to the services of any private publishers, if said publishers choose to drop him.
Also, this one publisher maybe refusing to print his latest book is not "silencing dissent". Specially when Peterson could never be considered a "dissenting" voice in any way shape or form. The dude is a conservative celebrity who's already published two books, who gets invited to give lectures and speeches in universities around the world, and who has given multiple interviews on mainstream media on top of his constant appearances on popular online media.
But he is dissenting from the party line of SJWs
thus they may try to do that since de-platforming and generally escaping dialogue is their modus operandi.

What’s wrong with listing college courses where a narrative is pushed?

Peterson makes a list, suddenly you don't see anything wrong.
Hmmmm.
When AOC makes a list, it's unquestionable proof of imminent Maoism in the United States.
When Peterson makes a list, it's cool and good because Kexholm Karelia doesn't like courses that teaches things he dislikes.
Hmmm, I beginning to suspect that Kexholm Karelia's politics are emotion-driven and devoid of logical consistency.

By publishing this book, the dude is breaking one of his own rules. According to him, you must sort yourself out before you try to change the world. And here he is, going through all kinds of weird mental and physical health problems, and he's trying to teach other people how to live their lives?
Shameful. He's become the serpent of chaos.

I don't know. Maybe try to come up with terms that isn't a cringey slur popularized by "thinkers" who've all since become fascists or (like Peterson) imploded at the hands of their own bizarre habits and obsessions.
But he is dissenting from the party line of SJWs
There's an "SJW party"?

This sounds like a very lazy overgeneralization built on stereotypes and strawmen.

For starters, he became famous by lying about Bill C-16. He's also either dishonest or ignorant when it comes to talking about certain philosophical movements (see: him repeating the conspiracy theory that conflates post-modern philosophy with identity politics and treats them as a secret Marxist ploy). He has implied some very reactionary views on gender roles. He once planned to create a website so people could blacklist "post-modern neo-Marxist" professors and courses. And he has expressed plenty of dumb, uninformed takes on politics and history.
