No? It's kind of falling into that Nazi "international jewry" rhetoric. Just say the state of Israel. "Zionist enemy" has a broader connotation and at least in the West is mostly just used by anti-Semites as a way to sound less overtly racist. You wouldn't appreciate Syria being called an "Arab horde" or "Islamist enemy" would you?

I've been looking at a few sources, but can't find any details on victims outside it being "at least 19 pro-Iran militia fighters" (source). I can't find evidence that the launch was targeted against a village (beyond it seems one unverified claim by a Syrian state-run channel that offered no details), but only that they attacked militia equipment "outside the town of Albu Kamal" (no evidence of collateral damage).

Why does this strike deserve its own thread? Targeted strikes are a regular occurrence. (For example, recent Hamas attacks on Israel.) Maybe because it's the "Zionist enemy"?

So, from what I have read now, Israel has successfully destroyed equipment used by a pro-Iran militia (I suspect Hezbollah) and killed 19 of its fighters. Seems like a well-targeted and reasonable strike.

You can't really neutralize them completely, since a lot of it is not organized/centralized. I recently worked on an essay for admission-writer.com/blog/georgetown-essay-prompts with a related topic and neutralizing guerilla forces like that is no menial task.
