This compleatly is misunderstanding the mission and purpose of Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions, which is to protest Israeli occupation of Palæstinian lands and its treatment of the native Arab population.

Nah, Israel is already there and population transfers that aren't voluntary are messy business.
Ideally we'd go back to the west bank being annexed by Jordan and it becoming the refuge and nation for palestinians, but that's dead in the water insofar as there's a shit ton of refugees and no one willing to pay for their transitional accomodation, and of course Israel hella not wanting anyone but them to get the west bank. I mean the total dependence on Israeli infrastructure in the west bank means no one else *but* israel can end up with it.
