Hypocrits.

It's a common Trump tactic. Oppress other people but when someone says "hey you can't do that," you say "you're violating my freedom." Trumpism isn't about freedom. Its about submission to Trump's will. If you try to think for yourself and it ends up going against Trump, you'll end up like Jeff Sessions at best. At worst, they'll beat the shit out of you like they did to protesters at Trump rallies in 2016. But this "movement" behind Trump is inherently anti freedom, unless by freedom you mean the freedom to act obnoxious.

We might as well add an amendment to Section 230 then by regulating how American tech companies operate. More specifically, force them to actually abide by US law and require them to allow federal law enforcement to monitor these platforms on a daily basis.

Forcing websites and their users to be subject to random search by the FBI, NSA, and other federal agencies doesn't sound like an awful idea to you?

To put it bluntly, the days of social libertarianism are fucking done. It simply doesn't work since people are not a monolith. The more civil liberties you have, the more they will be abused because people like to ruin everything for everyone; case in point, the subhuman hellhole that is Twitter.

Most people don't come out and openly state that their complainants about censorship from social media was just a ruse to hide their hope of cracking down on something that don't agree with them. You on the other hand did it so quickly that I think you gave me whiplash.

If people are getting their feelings hurt on social media, they can just block the person or close their account. Deleting a rude person's account or censoring them is not the right thing to do. Facebook is using censorship to spare snowflakes' feelings which should be legal because it is a private website but is also unethical because it reduces free speech.

Yeahhhhhh, I'm not a fan of federal law enforcements going around and snooping into people's posts on a daily basis. In fact that should be unconstitutional.

I can't wait to see countless leftists harassed and intimidated by law enforcement while right-wing terrorists go completely unnoticed until it's too late.

Of course, that's how it is now anyway.

Twitter is actually one of the better places online, compared to the toxicity you find elsewhere. Twitter at least is advancing the cause of liberation, rather than perpetuating the systems of oppression. Leave it to the liberals concerned solely with “optics” (i.e. too spineless to admit they’re white supremacists) to chastise activists on twitter.
