Besides that, other than cases between the states, the Supreme Court doesn’t review evidence. That’s the purview of lower courts. If they had new evidence, scotus would remand to a lower court for further proceedings on the new evidence.
Cool. Even I think trump needs to concede at this point. We haven’t had any violence that I’m aware of from the right but that might not too far off with what was going on at the Michigan Secretary of State’s house. And I don’t think anybody wants that. That’s not totally on Donald if it happens, but he certainly has some responsibility due to fighting the election results.
