The disparity of the electoral college shows itself yet again. In any other country this would already be over.

Why should California's residents decide the outcome for the entire country? The EC is supposed to be a compromise between accepting simple majorities as counted whilst still allowing for the possibility that enough other states can win out despite having fewer people.

Oddly enough I agree. Just about everything Trump tried to do when Bannon was his #1 advisor failed in court, or just plain failed. It's like Bannon's advice always included "screw the lawyers, just do it".
