No, it's correct. If it goes to the House each state gets a vote, not each Representative, and Republicans control more delegations.

So in other words, my original wording that had been a typo had been correct all along, but for a different reason than I thought. I didn't know this. Thank you for enlightening me!

I'd be willing to bet Biden would win in that event, given that the House has a Democrat majority.

Still wrong I'm afraid. In this kind of vote, the House votes by "contingent" of states. Under the current rules, states deadlocked (equal R and D members) don't count. As it was before this election, majority-Republican states outnumbered majority-Democrat states by a couple, and I don't expect that has improved with the new House.

Even in red counties the mail in vote is very blue..

Folks, Biden just managed to net votes out of mail-in ballots in *Forsyth*, which is a massively red county that Trump is winning by 34% overall.

It's also Georgia's red county with the biggest number of ballots left. And yet Biden won this batch by 5%. Mail is very blue indeed.

Just so y’all understand how crazy this is Forsyth once was home to sundown laws and kicked all its blacks out of the county twice. Also they held KKK marches well into the early 00’s late 90’s
