Well, one of the early orders of business for Biden, besides undoing a tonne of executive orders, is going to be, for the first time, a binding vote on either Puerto RIcan Statehood or an Enabling Act to set up a Constitutional Convention down there. For the first time, everyone will have to put their cards on the table, and McConnell will have to see if he truly has a united GOP behind him, especially when once considers how instrumental Puerto Ricans were in giving Trump Florida.
