Squirrels or llamas?

Postby Sanghyeok » Sun Nov 01, 2020 11:04 am

Today, let's jump into the hot debate of the better animal: squirrels or llamas. There have clearly been very vocal voices on this issue that is obviously important and has great implications for all of us. Even the moderator Farnhamia has spoken on this controversial subject, claiming:

Farnhamia wrote:Which is better, squirrels or llamas? I like llamas because they are just so fuzzy and silly looking. While squirrels have been known to take on motorcycle riders and even the police, you cannot state that a squirrel is in any way better than the joy that is a llama.

However, I strongly disagree with their sentiment for the following reasons. Firstly, squirrels are smaller and therefore easier and less expensive to feed. Secondly, the smell of a llama is quite terrible. And of course, squirrels have cuter cheeks. But that is just my opinion, and I want to know yours.

Mini custard puddings
And fresh poured Darjeeling
Strawberry parfait so sweet and appealing,
Little soft plushies and baths in hot springs

I didn't, actually (and you spelled my name wrong). That post was inherited from the now-retired Mod (of sacred memory) NERVUN. I find both animals equally objectionable.

I agree about squirrels, horrible creatures, hang out with the raccoons in the parks and alleyways at night.

Llama's are superior in every way, but to be honest I prefer their south American cousin, our alpaca.

Squirrels are very cute. Llamas are cute. Therefore, squirrels are better.

Damnit I was gonna do this at some point. :(

I'd go with llamas. Squirrels are too fast for my liking.

I always wanted to try and eat both but will likely try neither. So I guess the answer is sour grapes?
Purpelia does not reflect my actual world views. In fact, the vast majority of Purpelian cannon is meant to shock and thus deliberately insane. I just like playing with the idea of a country of madmen utterly convinced that everyone else are the barbarians. So play along or not but don't ever think it's for real.

The above post contains hyperbole, metaphoric language, embellishment and exaggeration. It may also include badly translated figures of speech and misused idioms. Analyze accordingly.
